Mr. Damjan Krnjević Mišković
Co‑Editor of Baku Dialogues, Director for Policy Research, Analysis, and Publications at the Institute for Development and Diplomacy. He is also Professor of Practice at ADA University, having come to Baku from Belgrade as Executive Director of the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD) and Editor of its journal Horizons. He serves concurrently as a Member of the Board of Editors of Orbis, published by the U.S.‑based Foreign Policy Research Institute, and a Fellow at the Agora Strategy Institute. Former appointments include: Senior Special Advisor to the President of the UN General Assembly (2012‑2013); Senior Adviser and Chief Speechwriter to Foreign Minister of Serbia (2007‑2012); Director of Policy Planning and Analysis in the Presidential Administration of Serbia (2006‑2007); Special Adviser to the President of Serbia (2004‑2006); and Managing Editor of The National Interest (2002‑2004). He holds a B.A. in political science from Middlebury College and is a two‑time alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School executive education program, where he received fellowships from the Kokkalis Foundation. He is also an alumnus of the China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong (CELAP) and the Bucerius Summer School on Global Governance.
