Mrs. Shabnam Maharramova
Manages the development of marketing, communications, digital, and social media strategy for Baku Dialogues and is the Marketing & Communications Manager of ADA University. Previous positions in the public sector include: Head of Public Relations department and Research fellow at the government‑affiliated think tank (2016‑2019), Assistant Editor‑in‑chief in Caucasus International journal (2017‑2019), and Expert Analyst in Public Union (2011‑2014). She earned her Bachelor's degree from Baku State University in Political Sciences and Master's degree from Sapienza Università di Roma in International Cooperation for Sustainable Development.
